# Search Presets

> Save and reuse your favorite search configurations

Presets let you save your favorite search configurations for quick reuse. Instead of filling out the form every time, just apply a preset, pick a date, and go.

## What Gets Saved

A preset saves all your search settings:

* Course
* Time window (start and end time)
* Number of players
* Number of holes
* Booking class (if applicable)
* Facility (for multi-facility courses)
* Account
* Cart preference

The only thing you set each time is the **date**.

## Saving a Preset

<Steps>

    Set up the search form with the settings you want to save.

  <Step title="Click Save Preset">
    Click the **Save Preset** button (amber) below the form.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Name It">
    Enter a descriptive name like "Weekend Morning at Torrey Pines" or "Weekday Twilight".
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm">
    Click **Save Preset** in the modal to save.
  </Step>

## Updating a Preset

To overwrite an existing preset with new settings:

    Fill out the form with your updated settings.

  <Step title="Click Update Preset">
    Click the **Update Preset** button (purple) below the form.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Which Preset">
    Select which preset to overwrite from the list.
  </Step>

The preset keeps its name but gets your new settings.

## Applying a Preset

  <Step title="Open Presets">
    Click the **Bookmark** icon in the search form header.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a Preset">
    Choose a preset from the dropdown. The form auto-fills with the saved settings.

  <Step title="Set the Date">
    Pick your date and click **Create Search**.
  </Step>

<Tip>
  Presets are synced across devices. Save a preset on your computer and use it on your phone.
</Tip>

## Deleting a Preset

Click the trash icon next to any preset in the dropdown to delete it.
