Adding an Account

Add account flow with numbered annotations: 1-Accounts tab, 2-Add Account button, 3-Platform selection, 4-Credentials form, 5-Verify button

Go to Accounts Tab

Navigate to the Accounts tab in the navigation.

Click Add Account

Click the + Add Account button.

Select Platform

Choose the booking platform for this account.

Enter Credentials

Enter your email/username and password.

Test Connection

We’ll verify the credentials work before saving. You’ll see a success message when verified.

Account Security

Your credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption before being stored. We only use them to book tee times on your behalf.

What We Access

  • Your booking profile to make reservations
  • Saved payment methods on your course account (for courses that require payment at booking)

What We Don’t Do

  • Share your credentials with third parties
  • Store unencrypted passwords
  • Access anything beyond what’s needed for booking

Account Types by Platform

Chronogolf

  • One account works for all Chronogolf courses
  • Create your account at any Chronogolf course website
  • Same login works across all Chronogolf-powered courses

ForeUp

  • Separate account per course
  • Each ForeUp course has its own user system
  • You’ll need to add an account for each course you want to book

Managing Accounts

Editing an Account

Click the edit icon to update credentials or account settings.

Testing an Account

Click the test button to verify your credentials still work.

Deleting an Account

Click delete to remove an account.
You cannot delete an account that has active (running) searches. Pause or delete the searches first.

Troubleshooting

  • Double-check your username and password
  • Try logging into the course website directly
  • Some courses require email, others require username
  • Password may be case-sensitive
  • Make sure you’re using the same credentials
  • Some courses have separate mobile app accounts
  • Try resetting your password on the course website
  • AutoTee doesn’t support 2FA-protected accounts
  • You may need to disable 2FA for booking automation
