How Billing Works
Pay-Per-Booking
- You create a booking search
- Search monitors for tee times (including cancellations)
- When a time is found, we book it
- Only then are you charged $7 (or 1 credit)
Credits
- Credits are used automatically when you have them
- 1 credit = 1 booking
- Credits never expire
- Credits are used before card charges
First Booking Free
Your very first successful booking is free! No credit card required for your first booking.Adding a Payment Method

Click Add Payment Method in the Searches tab.

Enter Details
Enter your card information securely via Stripe.

Save
Your card is now saved for future bookings.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Updating Your Card

Buying Credits

Select Package
In the Searches tab, choose 4 credits (40).

Complete Purchase
You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout.

Credits Added
Credits are added to your account immediately. Your balance appears at the top of the Searches tab.

Payment Failures

- You’re notified immediately via email/SMS
- 10-minute grace period to update your card
- If not resolved: The booking may be cancelled (Chronogolf only)
- Outstanding balance must be paid before creating new searches

You’ll see an alert banner and receive email/SMS.

Update Card
Add a new payment method or update your existing card.

Pay Balance
Click Pay Balance to clear the outstanding amount.

Outstanding Balance

- You cannot create new booking searches
- A banner will appear in the Searches tab
- Pay the balance to resume normal usage
Receipts
Stripe automatically sends email receipts for:- Credit pack purchases
- Individual booking charges
- Balance payments
Refund Policy
We cannot refund because:- The booking is made directly with the golf course
- You must cancel through the course’s cancellation policy
- AutoTee’s fee is for the automation service
- Technical errors on our part
- Duplicate charges
- Contact support for unusual circumstances
