1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AutoTee (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: AutoTee is an independent automation service and is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any golf course, booking platform, or third-party service we integrate with (including but not limited to Chronogolf, ForeUp, TeeItUp, and MemberSports). We do not guarantee booking success, and using our Service does not guarantee you will secure any particular tee time.2. Description of Service
AutoTee is a tee time automation service that:- Monitors golf course booking systems for available tee times
- Automatically books tee times on your behalf when availability matches your criteria
- Sends notifications about available tee times
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.3.2 Golf Course Credentials
When you add golf course accounts to AutoTee:- You represent that you are the rightful owner of those credentials
- You authorize AutoTee to act on your behalf to view and book tee times
- You are responsible for ensuring your credentials remain valid
- You must comply with the terms of service of each golf course platform
- You acknowledge that golf courses may change their systems or policies at any time
3.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate booking preferences including:- Correct dates, times, and player counts
- Valid payment information
- Current contact information for notifications
3.4 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use AutoTee.4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1 Service Fees
AutoTee charges for successful bookings as follows:| Service | Price |

4.2 When Charges Apply
You are only charged when:- A booking search successfully books a tee time, OR
- You purchase a credit pack
4.3 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- You authorize AutoTee to charge your saved payment method upon successful bookings
- If your payment method is declined, we may cancel the booking after a 10-minute grace period
4.4 Refund Policy
AutoTee service fees are non-refundable once a tee time is successfully booked because:- The booking was completed successfully on your behalf
- The automation service was delivered as promised
- Tee time cancellations are between you and the golf course
- Technical errors directly caused by AutoTee
- Duplicate charges
- Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
4.5 Golf Course Fees
AutoTee’s service fee is separate from any fees charged by the golf course. Green fees, cart fees, and other course charges are between you and the golf course and are not included in our pricing.5. Cancellations
5.1 Tee Time Cancellations
To cancel a booked tee time, you must contact the golf course directly and follow their cancellation policy. AutoTee cannot cancel tee times on your behalf after booking is complete.5.2 Search Cancellations
You may pause or delete your booking searches at any time through the AutoTee dashboard.5.3 Automatic Cancellation for Non-Payment
If your payment method is declined after a successful booking, AutoTee may automatically cancel the reservation (where supported by the platform) after the 10-minute grace period expires.6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All content on AutoTee, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of AutoTee or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.6.2 Restrictions
You may not:- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Service
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our Service
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials
6.3 User Content
By using our Service, you grant AutoTee a non-exclusive license to use any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to improve the Service.7. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service
- Use the Service to spam or abuse golf course booking systems
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or abuse free trials
- Share account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to interact with AutoTee (beyond normal use)
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Golf Course Platforms
AutoTee integrates with third-party golf course booking platforms. We are not responsible for:- Changes to their systems, APIs, or policies
- Downtime or errors on their platforms
- Their terms of service or privacy practices
- Tee time availability, pricing, or cancellation policies
8.2 Payment Processing
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Your use of payment features is subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service.9. Disclaimers
9.1 Service Provided “As Is”
AutoTee is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.9.2 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:- Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
- That any particular tee time will be available or booked
- That golf course platforms will remain compatible
- That notifications will be delivered instantly
- Any specific success rate for bookings
9.3 Third-Party Disclaimer
AutoTee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any golf course or booking platform. Use of third-party trademarks is for identification purposes only.10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 For Consumers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoTee and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:- Lost profits or revenue
- Missed tee times or golf outings
- Fees charged by golf courses
- Loss of data or goodwill
- Service interruption
10.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to AutoTee in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.10.3 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoTee, its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your golf course account activities
- Any content you submit to the Service
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.12.2 Binding Arbitration (United States)
For users in the United States: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, or at another mutually agreed location.12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND AUTOTEE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and AutoTee agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.12.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first using the Service. If you opt out, you and AutoTee may litigate disputes in court.13. Account Termination
13.1 By You
You may close your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase.13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:- Violate these Terms
- Abuse the Service or golf course systems
- Fail to pay outstanding balances
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Provide false information
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users outside the United States, you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in Salt Lake City, Utah.16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoTee regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.16.4 Assignment
