Follow these steps to set up your first automated tee time booking.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, you’ll need:
  • An AutoTee account (sign up here)
  • An account on a supported golf course’s booking platform
  • A payment method for booking searches (first booking is free!)

Step 1: Add Your Golf Account

Go to Accounts

Click the Accounts tab in the navigation.

Click Add Account

Click the + Add Account button.

Select Platform

Choose your booking platform:
  • Chronogolf - For courses using Chronogolf (one account works for all courses)
  • ForeUp - For municipal courses using ForeUp (separate account per course)

Enter Credentials

Enter your username/email and password for the booking platform.

Verify Connection

We’ll test the login to make sure it works. You’ll see a success message when verified.
Your credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We only use them to book tee times on your behalf.

Step 2: Add a Payment Method

For booking searches (auto-booking), you’ll need a payment method on file. Your first booking is free!

Add Card

Click Add Payment Method in the Searches tab and enter your card details.

Or Buy Credits

Alternatively, purchase credits at a discount:
  • 4 credits for 20(20 (5/booking vs $7)
  • 10 credits for 40(40 (4/booking)

Select Course

Search for your course by name and select it from the dropdown.

Choose Search Type

  • Booking - Auto-books when time is found ($7 or 1 credit)
  • Alert - Just notifies you (free)

Set Date

Pick the date you want to play.

Set Time Range

Choose the earliest and latest tee times you’ll accept.

Configure Options

Set number of players (1-4) and holes (9 or 18).

Start Search

Click Create Search to start monitoring.
Set a wider time range to increase your chances of catching a cancellation or finding availability.

Step 4: Wait for Results

Once your search is running:
  • Booking searches will automatically book when a matching time is found
  • Alert searches will send you a notification so you can book manually
You’ll receive notifications via:
  • Email (if configured)
  • SMS (if configured)
  • Discord (if webhook configured)
