Yes! Your very first successful booking is completely free. No credit card required for your first booking.

Charges

You’re only charged when:
  1. A booking search successfully books a tee time
  2. You purchase a credit pack
Creating searches, actively monitoring searches, and failed/expired searches are always free.
You’re not charged anything. You only pay for successful bookings.
AutoTee’s fee is for the booking automation service. Tee time cancellations must be done through the golf course’s cancellation policy.Our fee is non-refundable because:
  • The booking was completed successfully
  • The service was delivered
  • Cancellation is between you and the course
Credits are always used first when available. If you were charged $7:
  • You may not have had credits remaining
  • Check your credit balance in the Searches tab

Credits

  • 1 credit = 1 successful booking
  • Credits are used automatically before card charges
  • Credits never expire
  • Buy in bulk to save money
No, credits never expire. Use them whenever you want.
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact support at [email protected].
Your credit balance is displayed at the top of the Searches tab.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
  1. Go to the Searches tab
  2. Click “Add Payment Method” or update existing
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save
Yes, you can remove payment methods from the Searches tab. Note that you’ll need at least one payment method to create booking searches (after your free first booking).

Payment Issues

If your card is declined after a booking:
  1. You’re notified immediately via email/SMS
  2. You have a 10-minute grace period to update your card
  3. If not resolved, the booking may be cancelled (Chronogolf courses only)
  4. Outstanding balance must be paid before creating new searches
  1. Go to the Searches tab
  2. Add or update your payment method
  3. Click “Pay Balance” to clear the amount owed
  4. Resume creating searches
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:
  1. Check your search history in the Searches tab
  2. Verify each charge corresponds to a successful booking
  3. Contact [email protected] with details
We’ll investigate and refund any erroneous charges.

Receipts

Stripe automatically sends email receipts for:
  • Credit pack purchases
  • Individual booking charges
  • Balance payments
Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for receipts from Stripe.
