Yes! Your very first successful booking is completely free. No credit card required for your first booking.

You’re only charged when:
- A booking search successfully books a tee time
- You purchase a credit pack

You’re not charged anything. You only pay for successful bookings.

AutoTee’s fee is for the booking automation service. Tee time cancellations must be done through the golf course’s cancellation policy.Our fee is non-refundable because:
- The booking was completed successfully
- The service was delivered
- Cancellation is between you and the course

Credits are always used first when available. If you were charged $7:
- You may not have had credits remaining
- Check your credit balance in the Searches tab

Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact support at [email protected].

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Is my payment information secure?
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

- Go to the Searches tab
- Click “Add Payment Method” or update existing
- Enter new card details
- Save
Can I remove my payment method?
Can I remove my payment method?
Yes, you can remove payment methods from the Searches tab. Note that you’ll need at least one payment method to create booking searches (after your free first booking).

What happens if my card is declined?
If your card is declined after a booking:
- You’re notified immediately via email/SMS
- You have a 10-minute grace period to update your card
- If not resolved, the booking may be cancelled (Chronogolf courses only)
- Outstanding balance must be paid before creating new searches

- Go to the Searches tab
- Add or update your payment method
- Click “Pay Balance” to clear the amount owed
- Resume creating searches

- Verify each charge corresponds to a successful booking
