Account Issues

This means we couldn’t log in with the credentials you provided.Try these steps:
  1. Go to the course’s booking website and verify you can log in directly
  2. Make sure you’re using the correct email and password
  3. For ForeUp: Ensure you’re using credentials for the specific course
  4. Reset your password on the course website if needed
  5. Try adding the account again in AutoTee
This means your saved credentials are no longer working.

Common causes:
  • You changed your password on the course website
  • The course reset all user passwords
  • Your account was deactivated by the course
Fix: Click Edit on the account and re-enter your current password.
Not all courses are in our system. Try these:
  1. Search by course name in the Explore tab
  2. Check if the course uses a supported platform (Chronogolf or ForeUp)
  3. The course might use a different booking system we don’t support yet

Search Issues

Searches remain in Pending status until the booking window opens.Example: If a course opens booking 7 days in advance and your search is for 10 days from now, it will stay pending for 3 days.Once the window opens, the search will switch to Running and actively monitor.
Searches can fail for several reasons:
  • Account auth failed: Your credentials stopped working. Update them in Accounts tab.
  • No matching times found: No tee times matching your criteria became available.
  • Booking error: The course’s system had an error. The time may have been taken by someone else.
  • Payment failed: Your card was declined. Update your payment method.
Check the search details for the specific error message.
Check these:
  1. Email: Check your spam/junk folder. Add [email protected] to contacts.
  2. SMS: Verify your phone number is correct and verified.
  3. Settings: Make sure notifications are enabled in the Searches tab.
You can always check the Searches tab for your booking confirmation.
The number of players is determined by your search settings. If the course only had a tee time for fewer players, it will not be booked.Tip: Create separate searches for different player counts if you’re flexible.

Payment Issues

If your card is declined:
  1. Check that the card isn’t expired
  2. Verify you have sufficient funds
  3. Contact your bank if the card should work
  4. Try adding a different payment method
After a decline, you have 10 minutes to update your card before any action is taken.

If you have an unpaid balance:
  1. Add or update your payment method
  2. Click “Pay Balance” to clear the amount owed
  3. You can then create new searches
This is rare, but if it happens:
  1. Check your search status
  2. Log into the course’s booking website directly to see your reservations
  3. If there’s no booking but you were charged, contact support immediately

Notification Issues

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Verify your email address is correct
  • Make sure email notifications are enabled
  • Add [email protected] to your contacts
  • Check that email is verified (you should have received a verification code)
  • Verify your phone number is correct
  • Complete phone verification if not done
  • Check if your carrier blocks automated messages
  • Virtual phone numbers (Google Voice, TextNow) are not supported
  • Verify the webhook URL is complete and correct
  • Check that the webhook hasn’t been deleted in Discord
  • Ensure the channel still exists
  • Try creating a new webhook and updating the URL
